IRIS (Integrity Ridge Inspiration Studio) is home to our transformation-focused offerings including recalibration retreats, “pop-up” learning opportunities, and intensive coaching programs. IRIS experiences are uniquely designed for formal and informal leaders facing significant life transitions or feeling stuck, discouraged, depleted, or overwhelmed. These offerings provide participants with dedicated time, space, and guidance to gain insight, find inspiration, and explore new ways to restore well-being, overcome obstacles, and navigate personal or professional challenges.
