Journey to Integrity Ridge

Integrity Ridge represents an exciting evolution of Lorelei’s long-standing leadership coaching and consulting practice. Her career path has taken many adventurous twists and turns; however, her ongoing quest to use her knowledge, skills, and experience to help others learn, grow, and thrive has never wavered.

The name Integrity Ridge Leadership Collective emerged from Lorelei’s doctoral research on integrity, her expertise in leadership development and organizational performance, and her affinity for nature and adventure. The name and logo represent Lorelei’s vision for a different type of leadership consultancy. One that uplifts people, perspectives, and performance by aligning and embedding learning in day-to-day doing. Lorelei’s Integrity Pyramid© leadership framework simultaneously elevates mindsets and skill sets, enabling clients to integrate their internal and external worlds in a way that promotes personal and organizational authenticity, effectiveness, and well-being.

Background

Lorelei is a proud “farm kid” from rural Saskatchewan. She is an award-winning educator, facilitator, consultant, and coach with a 35-year career spanning disciplines, sectors, and continents. Her professional journey has provided her with the opportunity to work in pubic, private, and not-for-profit organizations locally and globally. Lorelei’s work with leaders has taken her from the corporate boardrooms of North America; to the streets of Port-au-Prince, Haiti; to the jungle villages of Cambodia, Thailand, and Myanmar. Prior to launching Integrity Ridge, Lorelei was a full-time faculty member at the University of Saskatchewan, Edwards School of Business, teaching in the areas of strategy, ethics, leadership, and social change.
