About
Integrity Ridge represents an evolution in Lorelei’s long-standing coaching and consulting practice. Her career path has taken many adventurous twists and turns; however, her quest to seek insight, find solutions, and explore innovative ways to uplift people, perspectives, and performance has never wavered.
The name “Integrity Ridge” emerged from Lorelei’s doctoral research on integrity and her focus on helping clients navigate dynamic conditions and difficult terrain by helping them see their circumstances, themselves, and others from a different vantage point.
Background
Lorelei is a proud “farm kid” from Saskatchewan with deep rural roots. She is an award-winning educator, consultant, and coach with a 35-year career spanning disciplines, positions, organizations, sectors, and continents. Her professional journey has provided her with the opportunity to work in healthcare, education (primary, secondary, post-secondary), corrections, consulting, business, and not-for-profit organizations. Since 2017, she has been a full-time faculty member at the University of Saskatchewan, Edwards School of Business teaching in the areas of strategy, ethics, leadership, and social change.
