Lorelei’s Journey to Integrity Ridge

Integrity Ridge represents an exciting evolution of Lorelei’s long-standing coaching and consulting practice. Her career path has taken many adventurous twists and turns; however, her ongoing quest to use her knowledge, skills, and experience to help others solve problems, overcome challenges, and experience who they are, and who they are capable of becoming, has never wavered.

The name Integrity Ridge Leadership Collective emerged from Lorelei’s doctoral research on integrity, her deep connection with nature, and her relentless desire to inspire minds and energize lives. Lorelei is passionate about helping clients discover what is possible when they begin to see themselves, their circumstances, and those around them from an elevated perspective (a detailed CV can be provided upon request).

Background

Lorelei is a proud “farm kid” from Saskatchewan with deep rural roots. She is an award-winning educator, consultant, facilitator, and coach with a 35-year career spanning disciplines, positions, organizations, sectors, and continents. Her professional journey has provided her with the opportunity to work in the areas of:

• healthcare

• education (primary, secondary, post-secondary)

• corrections

• management consulting

• small, medium, and large business

• not-for-profit organizations (locally and globally).

From 2017 - 2025, Lorelei was a full-time faculty member at the University of Saskatchewan, Edwards School of Business teaching in the areas of strategy, ethics, leadership, decision-making, and social change.
