The Journey to Integrity Ridge

Integrity Ridge represents an exciting evolution of Lorelei’s long-standing coaching and consulting practice. Her career path has taken many adventurous twists and turns; however, her ongoing quest to use her knowledge, skills, and experience to help others solve problems, overcome challenges, and uncover the best in themselves has never wavered.

The name Integrity Ridge emerged from Lorelei’s doctoral research on integrity development and her desire to inspire minds and transform lives by helping clients see themselves, their circumstances, and those around them from a fresh vantage point.

Background

Lorelei is a proud “farm kid” from Saskatchewan with deep rural roots. She is an award-winning educator, consultant, facilitator, and coach with a 35-year career spanning disciplines, positions, organizations, sectors, and continents. Her professional journey has provided her with the opportunity to work in healthcare, education (primary, secondary, post-secondary), corrections, consulting, business, and not-for-profit organizations. Since 2017 she has been a full-time faculty member at the University of Saskatchewan, Edwards School of Business teaching in the areas of strategy, ethics, leadership, decision-making, and social change.
